TradeFuse is a record-keeping and analytics tool. Everything it produces — statistics, charts, rankings, comparisons, simulations and AI-written commentary — is informational and educational only. It is general in nature, takes no account of your objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance or needs, and is not a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, futures contract, currency, digital asset or other instrument. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
TradeFuse, Inc. is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, futures commission merchant, exchange, bank or money transmitter, and is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA or any comparable authority. We do not execute trades, manage accounts, or take custody of funds, securities or digital assets. Connections to broker and exchange platforms are used to read your trade history for journalling.
Trading and investing carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital, and with leveraged products including futures, forex, CFDs and margin you can lose more than your initial deposit. Only risk capital — money you can afford to lose without affecting your financial security or lifestyle — should be used. Digital assets are especially volatile and may be subject to little or no regulatory protection.
Nothing in the Service guarantees profit or protects against loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Keeping a journal, improving a metric, or ranking highly on a leaderboard does not mean you will be profitable.
The Service includes projection tools, including a Monte Carlo simulator, that generate hypothetical outcomes from your historical data or from inputs you choose.
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent real trading and no hypothetical record can completely account for the effect of financial risk in actual trading. Because the trades have not been executed, results may under- or over-compensate for factors such as liquidity, slippage, latency, or a trader’s ability to withstand losses or adhere to a plan. Simulated programs are generally designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Data may be entered by you, imported from third-party platforms, or derived from third-party market data. It may be delayed, incomplete, mis-mapped, duplicated or wrong — for example where a broker changes its API, a file is formatted unexpectedly, or a corporate action is not reflected. Metrics are calculated from whatever data is present, so an error in the input becomes an error in the output.
Always reconcile against your official broker or exchange statements. Those statements, not TradeFuse, are the authoritative record of your account, and should be used for tax and compliance purposes.
AI features produce text automatically from your journal data. They can be incomplete, misleading, or confidently wrong, and may misinterpret your strategy or context. Treat AI output as a prompt for your own thinking, never as a conclusion, and never as advice.
Reports and exports are provided for convenience and are not tax documents, financial statements or legal advice. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and jurisdiction. Consult a qualified tax professional or attorney.
Leaderboards, challenges and community discussion reflect the results and opinions of individual participants. They are not typical, not verified as investment performance, and not an indication of what you should expect. Content shared by other users in Discord or elsewhere is theirs, not ours, and is not endorsed by us.
Broker, exchange, platform and other third-party names and logos shown in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify supported integrations. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or that the provider has reviewed or approved TradeFuse.
The Service is operated from the United States. We make no representation that it is appropriate or available in every location, and it is not directed to anyone in a jurisdiction where its use would be contrary to law. You are responsible for complying with local rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeFuse accepts no liability for any trading loss, lost profit, or other loss arising from reliance on the Service. This Disclaimer is subject to the limitations of liability set out in our Terms and Conditions.
